印度比哈爾邦的2 星級飯店

優點:一旦我們入住並分配了我們的房間-第三間我們被展示,工作人員很友好和樂於助人。食物是體面的,物有所值。位置很好。  缺點:前台經理先給我們辦理了入住,然後說Agoda沒有我們記錄!我們用Trip.com預訂了,他堅持與Agoda有聯繫,建議我們取消預訂,付給他!最後,在與他的上司/Agoda交談後,事情是不同的,但沒有道歉。  我們訂了一間城市景觀的大房間。我們看到的第一個房間沒有外窗。第二個很小的2英尺高的開闊,小房間。第三個房間更好,更大一點,更愉快。  我們不得不要求衛生紙和一條毛巾。(這些是爲第二晚提供的,我們的房間打掃了。) 早上沒有熱水洗澡,兩個人來‚修復’,最終設法在水槽裏運行熱水,填桶倒水給自己。  牀墊沒有緩衝任何東西,我們睡得很差。  絕對不是3星級酒店。酒店外面承諾比裏面送的更多!

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.

Located in prime location. Easy to go anywhere in patna. Room was also fine. Staff was helpful. Room was clean. Peaceful environment.

Room was nice with two beds. Room and bathroom were clean. A clean towel, two sachets of shampoo and one small soap(instead of handwash) were provided in the bathroom. Staffs were helpful and decent. The only thing which i didn't like they deliver your order too late around 1 and half hour. Overall stay was nice.
