非常推薦的客棧，就是回家的感覺，屋子裡很暖和，根本不想之前擔心的北方很冷的樣子，老闆非常熱情，聊天就像多年老友，完全沒有陌生的感覺，非常舒服，我就想來到朋友家一樣，推薦的狗熊嶺真的超美，超級出片，手機根本拍不出眼睛看到的美，老闆説霧凇不是每天都有，所以我這次旅行真的很幸運，雪地摩託騎了，那個漂移的橡膠艇坐了，超刺激，雪圈坐了，滑雪體驗了，打雪仗一定要參與姐妹們，天啊，那就是一場自己對所有人的戰爭，哈哈哈，還有，一定要提防老闆，他也會把我扔進雪裡，那裡的雪真的好厚，好軟，太好玩了，超級安利，對了，老闆家的免費早餐也特別好吃😋

強烈安利給計劃去雪谷的朋友！楠楠民宿位置絕了，離滑雪場直線距離超近，滑雪累了轉身就能回屋歇腳。老闆是本地人，帶玩超專業，幫忙訂的景點門票比網上便宜，還安排了景區內免費接送，不用拖着行李趕路。房間設施齊全，獨立衞浴、一次性用品樣樣配齊，大炕能住 2-4 人，家庭出遊或和朋友同行都合適。餐廳的鐵鍋燉和鍋包肉超地道，食材新鮮入味，性價比直接拉滿，住完完全不想換地方！

住了兩天，二樓無窗户房間很好，早上9點就到了，直接就開房了，一間房還分上下，很獨立的，孩子很喜歡。地理位置太好了就在中央大街，離地鐵100米，周邊景點太多了走着不怕累夠轉的。

整體入住體驗特別舒心，真心推薦這家酒店。地理位置十分優越，出行逛街、就餐採購都格外便捷，來回交通也省心省力，日常出行遊玩都不用耗費多餘時間。 店內環境整潔雅緻，氛圍舒適放鬆。特別誇讚吧枱006、007兩位工作人員，服務態度親切熱忱，待人禮貌又有耐心。諮詢各類問題都會細緻解答，響應需求及時高效，全程處事穩妥貼心。 房間乾淨規整，居住舒適度很不錯，各項設施使用起來順手便捷。從進店到離店全程都感受到細緻周到的服務，暖心的服務搭配絕佳的區位條件，這次住宿體驗讓人十分滿意，後續出行還會優先選擇這裏。

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

離開新福的每一天，都在想念後山的滑雪圈（免費且不限次數）。 老闆會幫忙拍潑水成冰（老闆幫我我拍了三次😎）和流光溢彩，老闆拍照技術嘎嘎好，朋友圈出圈圖。還有組織大家一起做冰糖葫蘆，作為一個E人，可以一直和大家聊天這麼太舒服了~ 去霧凇嶺也是老闆帶隊，一路上帶玩、幫拍照、教滑雪，南方人實在的體驗了一把在雪地裏瘋玩的快感！ 當然了，住宿環境也很有特色，東北大暖炕，一覺到天亮，早上起來還有粥吃（太幸福了）

房間真的不錯，因為父母去哈爾濱，替父母定的房子，衞生不錯，乾淨，而且環境不錯，沒那麼吵鬧，父母訂了三天，真心不錯， 服務：周圍應有盡有，距離地鐵沒多遠 設施：對一些智能東西沒啥要求，網不卡，都不錯，整體來説，父母很滿意， 環境：環境不錯，乾淨整潔。 以後去還會訂他家，

看評分預訂的，到店很滿意，前台辦理入住無需等待很快～服務也很好。房間很大很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，設計很好，早餐也很豐富 推薦

位置很好找，離中央大街很近，出了門正對的就是地鐵站，早上出來地鐵口也有很多賣早餐的，出行去哈爾濱站和哈爾濱東站都很方便。 不過拿大行李的不太推薦，因為沒有電梯是三層步梯，不過接待的大哥會幫忙拎到二樓的。設施也可以的，會提供一次性牙刷和一個毛巾。吹風機其他的也會提供，不過衞生間和浴室都是男女共用的，浴室也衹有一個，得錯峯使用。 另外床鋪不是上下床，都是單個的下鋪床位，看了下床鋪的床墊和枕頭都不是特別的乾淨，不過會給發洗好的床品。也可以充電也有小夜燈。 私隱性一般因為就是大通鋪一樣衹不過床位隔開了，而且女生住的頂樓沒有門鎖等安全措施衹有一個門簾，還是感覺不太安全。而且頂樓斜面屋頂比較容易碰頭，其他的都還好。

特別感謝波哥和秋姐的貼心服務，讓我們一家人感受到如回家般的温馨與親切。民宿的美食格外美味，白天外出遊玩，晚上直接在店裡享用晚餐，方便極了。環境優美宜人，門外還有廣闊的空地，大人小孩盡情玩雪，大家玩得不亦樂乎，遠超我們的預期！再次衷心感謝哥和姐！
