London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

大隱隱於市。在小街深處的角落，如果不注意，完全不會注意到這家高端的日本料理店。店內外沒有任何傳統日料的招牌裝飾，一眼望去更像個傳說中無招牌的高檔酒吧夜店。存大衣的功夫，已經開始懷疑這家的純正性。既來之，則安之。節省學習菜單的時間，隨即點了冬季懷石料理（Winter Kaiseki Menu），外加一客海膽刺身。酒香不怕巷子深！非常精緻的懷石料理。擺盤雅緻，食材新鮮，口味上乘，又頗具新意。帶子天婦羅外裹烤制過的紫菜成手卷狀，服務生千叮嚀萬囑咐一定要分三口吃完，最後一口要配着湯汁，以品嘗出不同的口感，儀式感十足。鹿肉和和牛壽司配松茸，肉質細膩，鋪滿松茸，色味俱佳。盛放生魚片的石板上配有主廚親撰的詩詞卡片（餐后可作為紀念品帶回家），足見店家的用心良苦。單點的海膽刺身非常鮮美，絕對一流。此道菜一出，就知道來對了地方，絕對是一家品質上乘的新派日本料理。來倫敦想吃高端日料，千萬不要錯過他家。

滿懷期待訂了座位，但從前菜開始就有些失望，擺盤精美味道一般，有幾道菜醬汁搭配口味偏重，其中帶子算是不錯的一道.所有的食材新鮮，肉質口感很好，但沒有做出任何驚艷的食物讓人感覺很可惜.甜品有點怪異，個人不喜歡.環境優美服務熱情，2人加稅和服務費680磅，總體價格偏高，味道不值這個價格，建議點個三道式吃個新鮮即可

海倫達荷茲餐廳命名就是以這裏的廚師名字，作為米其林餐廳之一，客人入座以後會先上今天的主菜的小樣，讓客人先品嘗一下，選擇自己喜歡吃的，方便客人點菜，藍鰭金槍魚和鵝肝做的不錯，還有85英鎊一瓶的勃艮第酒不錯。

We dined at H&eacute;l&egrave;ne Darroze for our 25th anniversary.  The food &amp; ambience as always was superb &amp; the staff exceeded all expectations in making the night memorable for us. Many thanks &amp; special shout-out to Celia, Alice, Melina (our favourite sommelier in London), Gianluca &amp; Nicolas. Looking forward to our next vist soon.

very good food but not always on a 3* level. Wine Prices at 10-15 x retail - prepare to spend at least 500 pounds on a bottle, if not much more. Very good staff and knowledgeable Sommelier.

We enjoyed it very much. We went to celebrate my partner&#39;s birthday and was just fantastic - the food, the service and the whole experience. Make sure you have a few good hours so you won&#39;t be in a rush.We went for the 7 dish set menu, which actually turned to be at least 10-12. The dishes kept coming including a few &quot;chef&#39;s treats&quot; and the tastes were divine. We completely recommend it.
