Good parking and easy lift access
The Prince Hotel West offers good facilities for non-guests and is a good base to explore the whole mountain.

One of our favourites at Shiga
Whilst the Yakebitaiyama area can be a bit more busy than other areas on the mountain it has nice wide/fast runs. We had lots of groomed powder whilst we were there.

Awesome areas to ski
A great area to ski. Quite large compared to some of the areas other resorts and a great variation of runs. May not be the best for older beginners as the green runs can be steeper than other resorts...
