When I went inside, the person in charge showed me a video of Yakumo Koizumi's background and his relationship with Yaizu. Many of the things and books from the time Yakumo lived in Yaizu were on display. Yaizu Shrine seems to have been a walk course in Yakumo. "Yukino", "Mujina", "Yoshiichi without ears", "Ghost story", "Rokuro neck", etc. were exhibited, and I remembered reading it in an English class (high school?).

It is a small memorial hall attached to the Yaizu City Cultural Hall, but the contents are very substantial. You can see "Koizumi Yakumo" related to Yaizu, who visited Yaizu every summer. Events are also substantial and often held. Worth a visit once.

I went to the former residence of Koizumi Yakumo in Matsue a while ago, so I happened again in Yaizu! Here, there were plenty of exhibits and materials of works, so I was able to know more about Koizumi Yakumo.
