Museo Entomologico de Vicuna

Perhaps the 'better' museum in Vicuna?!?

The "other museum" across town wasn't letting us in (even though it was dead quiet), so we strolled over to see this little one in central Vicuna. We "dropped a dollar" in the cup and gawked, squirme...

Great place!

This is a small but very well done collection. They also have a small paleontology section with some great fossils. Cheap to visit and definitely worth an hour of your time.

We learned a lot about the insect inhabitants.

We went with my daughter and enjoyed the visit. For such a small place as Vicuna they have an excellent collection!

Fascinating museum worthy of a visit

One of those inconspicuous and yet quite interesting museums. It is located a few minutes up the street from the UniMart Supermercado. There is also some emphasis on 'history ' as well. My pics sho...

El lugar es antiguo pero le falta mantenimientos esta muy descudado, fuera de eso tienen una muestra interesante de mariposas
