Great venue!
Great staff, fast entry line, easy access to elevators and restrooms. Attended concert for Cody Johnson and was impressed with crowd control, sound quality, etc.

SEATS COLLAPSED and they did nothing about it
The Kraken game was fun till....our row of seats collapsed forward. hurting my knee. I went to ask for help, and they called but no one came. I didn't want to miss the game so I stood in the back. ...

Very well operated for the size of the facility
Went to a Chiefs Hockey game, everything from parking to entrance, seating, vendors etc was very organized. Great experience

Nice place for graduation...
Eastern Washington University graduation at the arena was easy to get to and all the seats seemed good. There weren’t many places inside that were open for food or coffee, but it was nice.
