I walked from the cathedral to the seaside via the park. It is interspersed with pathways and roads but otherwise it is a reasonable park.

Good for a dog walk
A very quick dog walk off-lead through here on a cold day. A beautiful space. Perfect for the dog to stretch his legs. Easy to walk here from central La Rochelle.

An oasis of tranquility
So relaxing, with a bit of fresh air with a little river, animals to watch and green grounds. A very well maintained oasis of tranquility, just a few minutes by foot from the center.
