Good museum
Visited the Vellamo for the first time. The main reason for the visit was the "Escape from Pompeii" exhibition which was very good. Also the permanent exhibitions were interesting.

Maritime lovers
Swedish war exhibition was nicely executed. If you have possibility to have a guide, use that. Video clip was very good as well. Architecture is gorceous and museum shop has much to offer. I just love...

Acventurer
A must when in Kotka and a recommended detour of passing by
Excellent and well organized place with interesting exhibition. We had planned a quick stop and it took us 4 hrs. and had a nice lunch there.

Worth a visit!
