This place used to a real gem. Fantastic breakfasts and lovely staff.I had not visited for a few months - what has happened?Teapots that pour tea everywhere else but in your tea cup.Less attentive staff, no engagement.Tatty menus.And the food - eggs delicious, but everything else just not as well cooked. And finally music - please Ferny Hill know your clientele. This is a place for all people and all ages. The music should be tailored to your audience, not Capital radio, and not for your young staffs ears.This has been my goto breakfast place for years and I have recommended it to countless people who have also loved the breakfast. Not sure I can do that anymore...Please Ferny Hill, a little TLC and thought will make it so much better.
