Beautiful spot
Beautiful view point over the city of Cuenca with plenty of restaurants and bars readily accessible to make your visit more enjoyable. Accessible by transit buses (2 buses at .70¢ pp or taxis 3$).

You can get a bus at the Plaza that goes non-stop to Turi and return. Good view of the city, and you can see Turi from the city.
