實在太喜歡這邊的服務，飯店提供接機服務，需要提前預約，在前往飯店的路上時順便要email預約回程的，一到達飯店櫃檯人員便已經收到消息並安排好。並有專人安排接送。
房間雖然小但五臟俱全，有小浴缸也有小冰箱，而且環境乾淨，若是掛上請勿打擾的牌子，毛巾和備品也會掛在門口外讓客人領取！ 這邊的早餐也是一大亮點，可以吃到日式早餐，咖啡也有提供外帶杯。唯一奇怪的地方是地板總是有點潮濕。
宿霧的交通實在太堵塞，我們住在這邊感到了最大的方便是飯店是和jmall 連接的！ 下樓不用出外便能進入商場，商場有日式餐廳、異國料理、超市、美食廣場、親子咖啡店、電子用品等,也有保安人員會管制進出!

房間空間寬敞，足以同時攤開兩個大行李箱，但隔音效果尚可。房內雖未提供瓶裝水，可是每層樓皆設有飲水機，取水十分方便。而在整潔方面入住期間未發現任何明顯髒污。
地理位置很優，飯店對面即為商場，內有星巴克與 Jollibee 炸雞，步行約 5 分鐘也可抵達麥當勞。此外，飯店正門前的巷子就有洗衣店，對長時間旅客來說非常加分，費用也很便宜；隔壁巷弄還有按摩店，晚上放鬆身心超讚。
早餐部分則較為普通，為套餐式供應，非自助吧形式，若對早餐期待較高的話，可以考慮不加購。
整體而言，是一間地點便利、環境舒適的飯店。若未來有機會再到宿霧旅遊，會願意再次入住。

櫃檯人不錯，原本朋友訂了吸煙房，寫信給飯店說沒有房間可以換成禁煙房，到了入住當天詢問櫃檯，櫃檯小姐姐幫我們查詢後更換成禁煙房，由於原本是兩天兩張訂單，（一天吸煙房一天禁煙房）隔天要再次辦理退房跟入住，也在小姊姊的幫助下，改成都住同一間房間，不用特別在退房入住一次。

陪女兒來語言學校，所以選這家飯店近購物中心。飯店除了乾淨整潔就沒什麼好說了。房間沒有附贈瓶裝水，每層樓電梯口設有冷熱飲水機，房間有兩個玻璃杯，需要水自行去取。沒有一次性牙刷（我認可，我們有自備），浴室裡沐浴乳和洗髮精是All inㄧ瓶在牆壁上。洗手台連香皂都沒有。浴室沒抽風機，所以感覺房間潮濕，要說的是冷氣太吵了，要入睡前開冷氣，等房間冷了再關掉入睡，也是可以入眠到天亮。

喜歡這裡的水壓！ ！ ！我們也很喜歡按摩室的服務！服務人員人很好！ ！不過他們收毛巾的時候沒有幫我們換新的，所以我們得打電話給禮賓部。呵呵。
嗯，對我來說唯一的缺點就是噪音！我們隔壁的房間好像客人很多，因為他們不停地開關門。另外，你會聽到外面卡拉OK的聲音──還好，晚上就停了。

旅館在航班間“過夜”。在島間停靠時停了下來。23點開車,11點出發。乾淨的牀,水幾乎熱,WiFi。窗戶不在!但我們不需要它,因爲我們只是在晚上。位置很好。你走到外面,所有的人:咖啡館,小店,超市,交換機。酒店推薦1晚100%

check in時飯店人員有詳細確認訂單以及讓我提早12:30左右就可以入住到飯店 ，飯店整棟都是禁煙，只有在一樓旁邊有一個吸菸室，本次訂單有含早餐省去了我外出買早餐的事情，房務打掃的非常乾淨，讓我會想再次到宿霧旅行時再次訂購這個飯店！

酒店的位置太棒了!它幾乎位於宿務市所有活動的中心。酒店工作人員還給我們提前入住,這絕對是太棒了,因爲我們從馬尼拉出發早班飛機後真的需要提前休息。我們對我們的住宿感到非常滿意,肯定會再次回來。謝謝!

我們最近在這家飯店的住宿體驗好壞參半。我們最欣賞的一點是房間的寬敞——它足以容納我們一群朋友，讓我們可以輕鬆地放鬆身心，享受彼此的陪伴，而不會感到局促。
然而，酒店也有一些方面沒有達到我們的期望。我們一進房間就注意到的一件事就是電視無法正常運作。我們無法瀏覽頻道或選擇要看的節目，這很令人失望，尤其是我們本來希望在漫長的一天之後，能透過一些娛樂活動來放鬆一下。
值得慶幸的是，在我們入住期間，工作人員始終保持著友好和樂於助人的服務。他們隨時準備好幫助我們解決任何疑問，並帶著溫暖的微笑迎接我們，我們對此深表感激。
不過，飯店也有一些地方確實可以改進。例如，浴室裡沒有坐浴盆，這很不方便，尤其是考慮到它已經成為許多飯店的標準配備。這看似一個小細節，但對我們來說，它影響了我們整體的舒適度和入住體驗。

這家飯店地理位置優越，前往各大景點都很方便，員工也隨時彬彬有禮、熱情友善。菲律賓自助早餐令人驚喜，可惜咖啡味道偏淡。
然而，酒店最大的缺點是清潔度。我們房間的床單磨損嚴重，顏色都從白色變成了灰色，這讓人很擔心。此外，客房服務也欠佳；雖然床鋪整理過，毛巾也更換過，但檯面和水槽卻沒有擦拭乾淨。對於一家不算老的飯店來說，如此缺乏基本的維護實在令人失望。

What we liked:

There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

周周彥鋒地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

MMightymight我在宿霧枕頭飯店度過了一段美好的時光，從熱情的入住到豪華的客房，一切都是一流的。我為我的父母和我和我的伴侶預訂了 2 間房間。我和父母的房間都很寬敞、乾淨，而且可以看到令人驚嘆的城市景觀。床非常舒服，浴室配備了豪華的設施。
飯店內的餐廳供應美味的早餐，七樓的屋頂非常適合放鬆或喝咖啡，或在令人驚嘆的景色中抽煙。地理位置極佳，步行即可到達商店和景點。
工作人員很友好，很細心，確保滿足我的所有需求。唯一的缺點是停車場太滑，我走向汽車時差點摔倒，為了安全起見，停車場肯定可以改進一下。但就體驗品質而言，這是值得的。

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

清潔、服務等都達標。
飯店附近有一個雖小但非常美麗的珊瑚礁，裡面有很多海龜（雖然下水不太方便，但所有地方都是這樣）。
我還想提一下缺點：
1. 二樓房間的淋浴水壓很弱，只有細細的涓涓細流（冷熱水都有）。
2. 離機場很遠（但宿霧的好地方總是很遠 :( )

訪訪客用戶看了別人的評價訂的這家，到房間就傻眼了，大床是兩個床墊拼的，沒有褥子沒有被子，就一層薄床單，問酒店要被子就拿個破毛毯給我對付，説只有這玩意，重點床單和毛毯也是單人的。空調是窗式的，吵到睡不着，淋雨花灑有自己的想法，就是不好好給你洗澡，熱水器是電的，忽冷忽熱，國內招待所都比這強

ННаталья Сид我們預訂了一間有一張特大號床的高級客房，但實際上它佔據了整個房間。當我們登記入住時，他們清點了我們的行李並給了我們一個房間；我們旅行這麼多年，從來沒有見過這麼小的。沒有衣櫃，沒有走動的空間，房間只有4平方米，管道是C型的，浴室裡也沒有轉身的空間，很小。早餐是自助餐，您不會餓著，但選擇很少。飯店位置很好，緊鄰購物中心，那裡有羅賓遜，旁邊是 ***asano Grand，從飯店有免費接駁車去機場。
