The lunch and dinner were really good, although the breakfast was average.
The hotel staff were exceptional, always smiling, patient and polte. The one who stood out most was Mr. Dara, the hotel manager who, at the last minute, helped my friend and I enagage a taxi at the last minute as the one we had booked the day before was a no show. Furthermore, their housekeeping/checkout team had also alerted us when personal items has been accidentally left behind and they helped to return them quickly before we left.
Minor requests for water, information, etc. were quickly handled by the hotel staff with minimal issue.
