The Tuojiang River is in the ancient city of Phoenix in Western Hunan. The water in the Tuojiang River is very clear and green. There are green water plants in the water. They dance gracefully against the river. They stretch their sleeves as if they were waving gently to friends coming from a long way. On both sides of the Tuojiang River, they are all high and low, with uniform hanging feet. They are all on the banks of the Tuojiang River. The vertical and horizontal assembly of Chinese fir boards with wooden pillars supports the suspension foot building with Hunan national characteristics. The stacked black tiles connect all the interdependent and high-low buildings together. Decorated with wooden railings and carved windows, a series of various red lanterns were picked out and reflected in the clear light of Tuojiang River. The harmonious and elegant artistic conception was only found in Tang poetry, Song poetry and ink landscape painting.
