圖拉真圓柱條評論

圖拉真廣場建於公元107年，是為了紀念圖拉真大帝遠征羅馬尼亞獲勝。兩所巨大的圖書館、兩座宏偉的大會堂、至今還聳立在廢墟上的圖拉真勝利紀念柱和一排排雕像構成了當時全城最壯觀的地區。

以偉大羅馬帝國的重要皇帝圖拉真命名的大型廣場，零散的分佈着一些碎石，還有一部分尚未發掘的考古現場，算是免費遠觀的一片區域。

圖拉真廣場（Trajan's Forum）位於羅馬廣場以北基里納爾山（Quirinal Hill）附近。 廣場中心有一個三十米高的圖拉真勝利柱，以紀念羅馬皇帝圖拉真在達科斯戰爭中的勝利。圖拉真柱建於113年，以螺旋淺浮雕而聞名。 圖拉真勝利柱旁邊是一座聖母瑪利亞教堂（Santissimo Nome di Maria al Foro Traiano）。
