One of the free museums here in SD. I've been here several times, never get tired of the Magnolia and still life paintings from the 17th to 18th century. A truly must see when you are in town!



The Timken Museum of Art is a fine art museum with displays of European old master paintings, sculptures, and tapestries. In addition, it has collections of American painting and Russian icons. There is no entrance fee to enter this wonderful small art museum. I love it, the natural light and great choice of art on display make for a beautiful experience.
