在張家界國家森林公園第一天，最後安排了楊家界景區，從袁家界直接坐環保車可到，楊家界最遠的景點就在天波府，也是讓我們覺得最驚艷的一個景點，所謂無限風光在險峰就是這個道理。這裏台階很多，光烏龍寨單程大概有一千級，楊家界是整個森林公園最累的地方，卻是最好玩的地方，跟團是不會走到這來的，因為這裏沒有自費景點，也是個費體力的地方。經過烏龍寨后，走過索橋，還要攀爬一段接近90度的鐵質人工扶梯，非常驚險，但是這裏遊人不多，所以不用擔心，然後就上了天波府觀景台，其實就是一個有塊“天波府”標識牌的觀景台，放眼望去，平台周圍環繞數十座懸崖絕壁，交纏錯落，參差不齊，看起若殘垣斷壘一般，這等悲壯的場面如同楊家將“天波府”的遺址。如果說在森林公園其他地方看到的是峰林，這裏則是難得一見的峰牆，強烈推薦一定得去的地方。天波府距離烏龍寨較近，沒去之前看攻略提到這個景點，心想天波府不是該在開封嗎，怎麼會在主打自然風光的張家界呢。實際這是山頂上一個觀景台，上面有塊標識牌寫明天波府，如果不註明估計誰也看不出來，由於平台周圍環繞數十座懸崖絕壁，交纏錯落，參差不齊，看起若殘垣斷壘一般，場面悲壯，導遊說當地人認為這是當年楊家將“天波府”的遺址故而得名，純粹的牽強附會。不過這個觀景台非常適合拍照，是張家界最佳拍攝地點之一，由於平檯面積很小，假日去的一定要早點去或者避開高峰期，否則容納有限啊。就這個觀景台我們在此都逗留了半小時，看着這奇特的峰林形成的石牆，不由感嘆大自然的鬼斧神工。

個人覺得天波府是張家界最值得去的一個點，要抵達天波府，需要直上直下，很險，團隊一般不會來，自由行如果年紀大或者身體條件不好的可以省略，但是可以在天波府旁邊的山頭休息處等候。景點也是很美的人。

烏龍寨后四面皆為斷壁深崖，不遠處有一孤石鶴立群山，這便是深藏閨中的奇景一天波府。去天波府要走過索橋，再攀上垂直的懸梯才能到達。天波府下有很多座石牆，皆相對平行而立，高矮參差不齊，氣勢恢宏般景物盡收眼底。

上天波府，要經過“一步難行”，再登亂石山道到烏龍寨，然後險道頻繁上下，最後還要登近90度鐵梯上去，對行者體力的考驗挺大的。不過景色不錯。
