確實名副其實。 原來，整個公園就建在兩座自然生態山上，而非假山。兩山的最高處分別各有一座觀光塔，兩山之間又有觀光索道相連，故無論是在觀光塔上還是在觀光纜車上，均隨時隨地都可以居高臨下地觀看四周的市容市貌，塘廈鎮區近處遠處的各種景緻盡收眼底。
