聖尼古拉教堂是布拉格最美麗的巴洛克式教堂,站在鎮廣場上,其宏偉的宏偉圓頂,高塔,室內所有重而複雜的裝飾據說是巴洛克式適用於聖殿的頂峯。18世紀初的歷史背景,教堂建在哥特式教堂遺址同名,由著名的巴洛克建築師Krytof Dientzenhofer負責建築設計,它完成了教堂的立面,中庭。由他的兒子Kilian Ignac Dientzenhofer接力死亡,完成了祭壇和令人驚歎的圓頂,然後他的女Anselmo Lurago授予鐘樓。三代人,花了一個多世紀完成。
