St. James Palace is the official palace of the British monarch. It is located near St. James Park in central London, not far from Buckingham Palace. Unlike other British palaces, St James's Palace is built of red bricks and is not grand. Only the gate building is taller. From the architectural and arch shapes, we can see that this is a typical Tudor architecture in England. Many historical figures of the British royal family have lived in this palace, including Henry VIII's illegitimate son, Henry's second wife Anne Boleyn, Elizabeth I and so on.
