Terrible staff. We visited with my wife that is disable and need special accommodations like using the elevators as she needs to use canes to walk, the guards from Allied Universal were rude poorly trained, they dont allow my wife to use the elevators, want to force her to walk without canes at the entrance. They were beligeran and use profanities against another visitors. Hardly beleive this is a Federally funded institution, back home I will write both our Representative and both of our Senators on the issue, I expect our Federal Government to respect and provide access to disable citizen's and not to allow Federal contractors to abuse their positions.
