中共瓊崖第一次代表大會舊址位於海口市龍華區解放西路竹林里131號。[1]這裏原為邱氏祖宅，興建於1919年，佔地面積1800平方米，建築面積690平方米，建築為磚木結構，坐北向南，二進三間四合院式布局，東西廂房，是較為典型的海南民居建築。[1]

瓊崖"一大"舊址佔地面積1839.09平方米，建築面積994.26平方米。建築為磚木結構，建於1920年。1926年6月中共瓊崖第一次代表大會在此召開。1950年海南解放后又先後成為部隊、海口和海南機關辦公和住宿的地方。1984年市政府將舊址確定為第一批市級文物保護定位。
