Puning Tower, completed on October 13, 2008, is a landmark building in Xining, which integrates radio and television launching, sightseeing, tourism and cultural entertainment. The total area of the tower is 128.81 Mu and the height of the main tower is 188 meters. It is the highest sightseeing TV tower in Northwest China at present. 50 yuan a ticket is not as good as spending more money on a cup of coffee on the top floor. It's really beautiful to enjoy the night scenery of Xining on the Puning Tower. Puning Pearl Management Co., Ltd. has set up a public free open day, which is open to the public free of charge on Monday at the beginning of each month and on the last weekend of each month.
