濟南四大泉群，五龍潭，趵突泉，黑虎泉都在護城河邊，唯獨珍珠泉在城內，而且在山東人大機關院內。不過是免費開放的。進人大機關靠左直行，就可以看到珍珠泉群，附近景點還有乾隆御碑，毛主席命名的古樹（桂香柳），古建築巡撫大堂，海棠園。
