桔園是一個充滿了藝術氣息的公共活動公園，剛進主入口就看到了一些海報，就像大學社團招人的一樣，裏面乾淨整潔，有不少現代雕塑。

免費公園，充滿了現代藝術氣息，長椅的擺放也比較有設計感，綠意盎然，很舒服。出斯特拉斯堡站朝着議會走必然會經過的地方，城市主要公園。
