Huashan North Peak is 1614 meters above sea level, also known as Yuntai Peak. There is only one hotel in Beifengding, Baiyun Hotel. It usually takes three to four hours to climb the North Peak on foot along the ancient Huashan Road or Zhizhuohua Mountain Road. You can also take the Beifeng Cableway, which can be reached in about 10 minutes. North Peak is the shortest of the five peaks in Huashan, and it is also the only way to climb other peaks on foot.
