It wasn't particularly coincidental when I went. There was a notice posted outside, and I didn't know what it said. It seemed that it was not open to the outside world, but that it should be reforming.

Open, no charge. Google Maps are accurate. Ctrip's map is incorrect. It's mainly some art paintings.
