Not only is it an art gallery, but its predecessor is the National Court and Municipal Building. The building itself is a work of art. Gallery Light to Night Festival was held in the gallery last two weeks. The gallery is open to the public free of charge. There are also many activities such as the night scene of the exterior wall lighting, balloon art exhibition, band performance and so on, which are very exciting.
