The Provincial Capital Building is the seat of the Suwu Provincial Government. It was built in 1937. It is one of the most beautiful buildings in Cebu, which imitates the shape of the U.S. Congress. Passing through Asmina Avenue by bus, you can see the tall dome of the building from a distance, which is more magnificent and magnificent against the backdrop of Suwu mountains. The building is currently a recreation park for local residents. The evenings here are especially lively. There is a skating rink built in the park.



省政府所在地，有一些人進出辦理簽證手續。開放的地方不多。一樓展示一些畫作。花園裡有第一任菲律賓總統及拉布拉布酋長的銅像。是個拍照的景點，沒有冷氣，無法久留。

宿務省會大廈類似美國白宮的樣子，據說也是因為當時的美國殖民時期的原因，這個大樓也屬於最熱鬧的人旅遊區域，聖影堂和教堂，一些西班牙的建築都可以看得到的。

省政府大樓在宿務上城區，離羅賓遜百貨所在的環島不太遠。離下城區的麥哲倫十字架、聖嬰教堂很遠，麥哲倫十字架對面那個是市政廳，建築完全不同，不要搞錯了。省政府大樓建造的時候，菲律賓還是美國殖民地，所以建得和白宮差不多。
