小天池在長白山北坡景區，既然去了長白山，就去看看吧。從景區車下來，看到一泓靜謐的池水，倒映着纖細的岳樺林，很美。可惜光線太暗，不太適合拍照了。人很少，很安靜。

去長白山主要是到峰頂看天池，山下還有幾個景點，其中小天池是一個小景點，下了環保車后，走過一個小橋，再走不長一段就能看到。這裏不大，一片寧靜的池塘，據說秋季，大概9月初，風景最好，裏面還有一條小道，可以走到綠淵潭，不過現在可能在維修

長白山小天池 坐落在吉林省東南部，是中國和朝鮮的界湖，湖的北部在吉林省境內，是松花江之源。小天池在長白瀑布以北3公里處，小天池共有兩個。一個隱在幽靜的岳樺林中，海拔1780米，湖面呈圓形，面積5380平方米，水深10餘米，湖水碧綠。距小天池約200米處，還有一圓形池與它大小相差無幾，只是積水甚淺，僅幾米深，有時乾涸，露出黃色泥土。登高俯視，一個碧藍，一個赤黃，好似一對金銀杯，所以人們又稱小天池為對杯湖，別具景色。
