沖繩藍，翡翠海灘是日本唯一的礁海海灘，貝殼磨成細沙，踩上去有一點紮腳，但是不會割破，所以一切沒有問題！夏季游泳很不錯，冬季不能游泳！

位於沖繩南部的天然海灘，與百名海灘相連。海灘盡頭有受天然侵蝕所形成的奇型岩石及沖繩海灘特有的珊瑚石，令海灘看上去更加白色。水上活動有特色玻璃底觀光船及各種水上活動出租。想要欣賞沖繩自然原始的海灘美景，千萬不可錯過，綿細潔白的沙灘、蔚藍清透的海水。

沖繩翡翠海灘位於美之海水族館西北面，入選了“日本海水浴場55選”，是在海洋博公園北端最Y字形突出的白沙灘，沙灘保留原始風貌，青苔和珊瑚貝類遍地都是，作為水族館親子教育的一部分，十分有價值。在翡翠海灘的遊客還可以眺望沖繩美得無法言喻的深藍大海，水質被評為AA級（最佳水質），同時也是日本國內唯一一座位於珊瑚礁瀉湖內的海灘。
