圓徳院位於京都市的東山區。是京都的名勝之一。是春天可以賞櫻花，秋天賞楓的秘境。特別推薦夜遊，晚上去會看到另外一種風格的驚艷。

【京都·高台寺·圓德院】豐臣秀吉與正室北政所寧寧間的故事向來為人津津樂道，在電影「須清會議」中，更放大了秀吉之得以一統天下，寧寧功不可沒的偉大助力。豐臣秀吉不論出身、外表都與寧寧不甚匹配，加上花名在外，但寧寧不但為其生兒育女，並終其一生扶持夫婿取得天下。就連在秀吉過世后，寧寧離開大阪城來到京都，為祈求亡夫冥福，於1606年修建「高台寺」。平時期間高台寺境內不少重要文物都不開放，只能從外觀靜心參拜，近觀其寧靜之美。但是現在圓德院新年期間限定公開，有時間的朋友不要錯過。

It's worth staying for an afternoon. It is built on the hills, with water and pavilions. Especially when it's approaching autumn, you can see layers of different colors. It's a quiet courtyard.

Yuande Temple is located on the path to Gaotai Temple, but the inconspicuous gate has a long history. This is the place where Ning Ning, the wife of Hideki Toyoshi, who was one of the three outstanding Japanese soldiers in the Warring States Period, lived for the last nineteen years after Hideki Toyoshi's death. Ningning is also known as one of the three wives of the Warring States Period.
