I can really advise you going to the hot springs and to the east beach. Maybe in the end of may, when you can both swim in the sea and in the hot springs. But in the April/beginning of may not all bath tubs are working.

I am writing a review for Hot springs + East beach. First, the most inconvenient is that you can go to hot springs without the Chinese id, but you have to have it for the beach. Why? I don’t know. In may it is not warm enough to swim in the sea, but you can swim in hot springs, it’s really worth it! The view is amazing. Bath tubs water is too hot although, it’s not THAT cold outside.

if there is no alternative it is tolerable. beach is OK and semi-clean. Expect a sandy beach with plenty of stones to step on in the sand (bring slippers or think stepping on lego brick pain). Entrance fee is acceptable. If you are a big fan of constant whistling by the lifeguards, Jetski and ATV noise, and loudspeaker announcements, this is the place to go. otherwise maybe rather not. PS: they require you to wear a life jacket if for swimming (if you don't ignore them hard enough).
