The Library of St. Gallen Monastery is really beautiful. It is called the most beautiful library in the world. It feels very old. This library has a history of 800 years. It has a collection of 100,000 books and hundreds of priceless parchment manuscripts. It's really beautiful.

聖加侖修道院圖書館（德語：Stiftsbibliothek，英語：Abbey library of Saint Gall）位於瑞士的世界文化遺產聖加侖修道院內，由修道院的創辦人聖奧斯馬創立，大廳上的天花令人－看難忘，圖書館是瑞士最古老的圖書館，亦收藏了大量珍貴的手抄本及搖籃本，圖書館及修道院被定為世界遺產。遊客入必須再穿上指定拖鞋才能入內，而圖書館的木乃伊不能拍攝，這個圖書館很值得去參觀。

Because it contains hundreds of priceless parchment manuscripts from the 9th to 13th centuries A.D., it is one of the oldest libraries in Europe and has been awarded World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. The library is small, divided into two open floors, the whole building and St. Gallen Monastery, holy and solemn. The bookshelf is equipped with cages. Books displayed behind the cage are a national treasure. St. Gallen is not very big. Although there is public transport, it is better to walk to the monastery library.
