位於上海路端口的北部灣一號，這座藝術建築群，是北海的地標性建築。它的獨特之處就是把桂林山水的外形搬到了北海，取意“山水城市”。 在這裏可以盡享一覽無餘的海景，親身感受溫暖的陽光、溫柔的海浪、金色的沙灘和清新的空氣。這是一處集居住、休閑、旅遊、購物、度假、運動等等於一身的系統工程。還有亞熱帶風情的綠化景觀布置，將城市景觀、商業、旅遊等功能結合在一起，是難得的旅遊度假和居住的好環境。

北部灣一號，由國際建築大師馬岩松先生設計，是位於北海市西北部的藝術建築群，屬於北海的地標性建築。它的獨特之處就是把桂林山水的外形搬到了北海，取意“山水城市”。我們從車上下來后，就被這個獨特的建築外形所吸引，於是去這裏的售樓部問了下價格，毛坯房2樓的每平米5888元，高樓層的是8000元以上，整棟建築過個馬路就是大海和金灘，環境非常好，金灘的人不多，我們是元旦假期去的，幾乎沒有人，可以隨意的拍照和抓小螃蟹玩，比銀灘好太多了。

酒店後面的一片酒店，還可以的，可以避開熱門景點玩海灘
