On lovely Filmore Street, SPQR is an excellent Italian spot. Its Michelin start doesn’t come cheap, but the chicken liver mousse is to die for, and the bone marrow was succulent. That night, the desserts (pavlova) and chockate tart) were fantastic !Book in advance !
