舊金山nob hill區的米其林一星餐廳，開業六年來主打着“從自家有機農場直接到餐桌”的理念，創造着獨特的加州風格飲食，開放式的廚房讓食客有親臨現場的美好體驗。除了定價菜單上的九道菜，餐廳還會贈送餐前及餐后小點，豆腐生薑色拉清新爽口，鱈魚蒸得恰到好處，甜點梅子雪芭吃出了剛從樹下摘下來的新鮮味道。
