M43***62We recently bought two Persian cookery books and some ingredients online and have been experimenting with Persian recipes.There are no Persian restaurants where we live so we took this opportunity to eat at our first Persian restaurant to see how it is done and inspire us. It was all delicious and tasty, the service attentive and we went away determined to try and make some Persian food to this standard when we got home.
