When I went at 4 30pm on a Sunday afternoon it was completely packed and really buzzing. I sat at the bar which was interesting to watch everything going on. The kitchen, bar and food preparation areas are more or less open, and the service is very much a team effort.Ray's Boathouse

M30***41Just happened on this quaint little New Orleans meets Seattle restaurant. Just beautiful inside with tiled floor, mini candle votives on the walls, and beautiful lighting.But aside from that the food was excellent and service great. Wasn’t crazy expensive either. My son had a duck entree and I had a wonderful market salad. Lots of prawn, crayfish available as well! Highly recommend it!SHUCKERS

M30***41Some days you just need to get away from the pressures of life and home, On a nice day, Ivar''s is a great place to do that. If you sit outside you get a great view of Lake Union and all of the boaters. One great secret this place has is its bar menu. While not as extensive as the one in the restaurant, it still has a descent selection and the prices are lower. I had fish and chips, just because I love Ivar''s fish and chips, It was great and the sun and warm breezes made it even better. A good place to go.Serious Pie Downtown
