摆渡修行都說惠靈頓牛排是地獄廚神Gordon James Ramsay的招牌菜式，但是白叔可是他的師傅呢，所以來這裏惠靈頓牛排一定要點。這道菜製作過程相當費時，所以一定要提前預訂。酥皮非常的薄和香脆，三分熟的菲力牛排是完美的粉紅色，三者緊緊包裹在一起沒有一絲縫隙，每一口牛排配上一塊酥皮，加上蘑菇的香氣，只要吃過一次就再難去別家將就。Tico's
