摆渡修行每家的菜品到水飲大體一致卻各有特色總有驚喜說不出為什麼 每次只要路過就知道一定是它但是細究起來每一間裝修風格都不一樣的好看也是絕了 內容物寫得極其冗長的Big Breakfast上桌后就是永遠不會出錯的經典酒店式早餐也是吃了這道菜開始我才研究怎麼做Scrambled egg雞蛋滑嫩爽口中和了豬肉腸和培根的鹹味 與黃油煎過的吐司一起入口 特別滿足這道簡直每次去必點 吃了有七八次 吃到照片都懶得拍了還是手癢想點雖說poached egg和avocado是brunch的標配不錯但是能做到沒有一次出錯的poached egg每次都是完美的流心的店全坡坡只有這家還有旁邊沙拉的配菜 喜酸的我對意大利黑醋沙拉簡直無限喜愛無論什麼菜倒上黑醋醬就是最好吃的沙拉沒錯還有第一次吃的時候以為廚師放錯盤了的足足有三片的擁有魚肉口感的的brie cheese 餐廳真的是我啟蒙老師吶 葷素搭配得當營養也特別均衡太愛了 這盤下肚加上truffle fries一個周末都是幸福的Black Bottle
