没有蜡olling以法餐和日餐結合的米其林一星餐廳，Omakase 九道菜沒有很特別的驚喜，這季的菜單更像是中法混搭。只有腌制過的生牛肉和扇貝給人眼前一亮的感覺！牛肉的鮮香搭配🍐果仁和生鵪鶉蛋，扇貝🐚的鮮味完全被芝士和西芹吸收！當然，Takashi最贊的還是甜點！可可奶凍🍮配金橘焦糖👍 The Copper Onion

摆渡修行拉着媽媽來吃午餐。工作日依然座無虛席，沒預定還等了半小時，但是第一口牛肉入口就心甘情願了。▹澳洲mayura m9＋s級巧克力和牛西冷名字很長定語很多，但是照着這個點沒錯。Mayura出廠的和牛這兩年實火，漂亮的雪花紋，教科書式的熟度把握，肉質柔嫩緊彈，一咬爆出豐溢油脂和奶香，吃肉帶來的幸福感果然是最原始最直接的。配了黃油春筍，也是清甜脆嫩。▹靈魂拌飯熟成黃油拌飯真是香絕了，北海道水稻米口感無可挑剔，米飯油潤圓滑，粒粒分明，糯又不失嚼勁，配上海膽又添了幾分鮮甜。但是調味淡了一點，總感覺差點意思。▹黑松奶油露蘑菇湯全是我喜歡的元素，做出來竟然喝不下第三口，怪怪的味道，也不喜歡這種糊狀的口感。Log Haven

M30***41Where to start? From the drive up the canyon all the way to the last bite this place was magical! Situated in a beautiful canyon, the Log cabin is amazing. Definitely very romantic. We had the mussels for an appetizer and they were perfect. Great wine selection. The scallops, bison and filet were all more than perfect. We had an amazing experience here and our servers was fantastic. Will be back next time i'm in town!Cucina Toscana

M30***41it was a delight to eat at the Park Café. Despite the line out the door, we were quickly seated. My coffee cup never went unfilled and I enjoyed a great breakfast. I had a Gustavo's burrito and it was amazing! The staff was super friendly and attentive!Tin Angel
