Rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me during a legitimate complaint. Not the level of service I would expect. Extremely disappointed

We had a great experience at the Coach and Horses. We called to book and they were very helpful. The service with our meal was really good and the food was tasty. It felt very safe Covid wise.

Based on previous reviews, we decided to have an early evening drink and food here before going to a nearby event. It is very small - just one room and some outside seats by the main road - and the ladies toilet took a bit of manoeuvering to get into! However, staff were friendly and efficient, the food was really good and it's a handy location right by Warren Street tube. We had the fish and chips which were freshly cooked and nicely presented. A great find for central London, although it was getting a bit too noisy for me by the time we left.
