Cauliflower soup for a starter and seared scallops as an entree with a carrots and mushrooms as side dishes. I also had a Glenfiddich 15 over an ice ball. Everything was nicely presented and very well prepared. The meal was surprisingly enjoyable,

Made a reservation and asked for a window table but was seated in the middle, I asked and was told “we try but do not guarantee”. Open window tables all evening! Choice of only 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, and 3 desserts. Very limited.

最忠實的回頭客，不光是我，全家人都非常滿意，值得推薦！

Great location near historic district. Menu was interesting, lots of choices for everyone. Food and service were both great and we will return next time we are in Philly. . Highly recommend!

Seiko Japanese Restaurant，這是一家需要提前預訂位置的私人訂製的餐廳，這家也是當地入選了多個美食雜誌的店。值得打卡呢！
