M30***41Nice, quiet, subtle Louisiana styled dining area in this Hilton Hotel on the Mississippi River. Decent wine selection and fabulous small plates/appetizers. Shrimp, the Capitol House Portobello - easy to make an evening out of it.

M30***41I ordered the Barnyard which was Brioche Bun with Fried Egg, Sausage, Cheese and Tomato Jam. Of course the Tomato Jam was an unusual condiment. If you go there make sure you try something with the jam

M30***41They do have Daiya Cheese with fresh vegetable options. The crust was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Then after the pizza is cooked (super quick), they give you a plethora of optional toppings from very hot honey to fresh cilantro. Just perfect

M30***41Staff is friendly and works hard to make everything right while you are there. Meat is sold by the pound and we had the choice of 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 pounds. Served homestyle, which real gets everyone involved in the meal.
