位置很棒!離奧扎克人需要的東西(購物,餐飲,水)都很近。房間很乾淨,有小冰箱,小咖啡壺,保險箱,希望有微波爐。
我們確實利用了游泳池和免費(週末)早餐!!工作人員非常好,樂於助人。

當我們第一次到達時,不得不等待入住,我們對接待員感到不滿意,她花了太長時間試圖讓我們安頓下來。總的來說,我們喜歡我們的住宿和早餐。問題是,我無法像我想要的那樣淋浴,因爲淋浴頭不正常工作。我還發現牀頭板上有污漬,它沒有打擾我,因爲它真的不是一個問題。我只是在打掃房間時可以解決。

Really nice location nice rooms little outdated but very comfortable service was amazing great location. The only thing that we were kind of bummed about is the pool was outside and it was closed. That was why we rented it in the first place, but overall great experience.

兩個房間之間是連通的，有門，朋友一同出行的話可以要求安排在一起。洗手間的排風扇很吵，並且關不掉。空調也很吵，但天氣不錯，所以關掉就稍微安靜點。
早餐15刀，加上税費16.31刀，感覺一般，但周圍吃飯的地方也沒有。
有送機服務，給司機點小費就可以。
每天早上進門靠牆處有熱水和熱咖啡，其他時候要去餐廳倒。
總體還行。

特地選擇這家距離Nelson美術館最近的一家酒店。電梯陳舊，但是房間內非常新設施先進，完整，乾淨。床非常舒適。
健身房在三層，跑步機臨窗。健身房玻璃上有喜來登標誌痕跡，知道他的前身是誰了😁游泳池一半在室外，一半在户外，是熱水池。
免費停車，刷房卡可進出停車場。
早餐有自助和菜單點餐兩種。經典美食，中規中矩。

Nnambismeri友好和樂於助人的前台。頂樓舒適的房間。大型舒適的共享休息室和遊戲區,如果想要團體。方便的位置到大學和火車站或城鎮設施開車或步行。不幸的是,沒有現場停車場,但您可以獲得城市停車的建議。

訪訪客用戶Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the *****. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

訪訪客用戶Two of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.

首先,酒店內部熱得難以忍受。室內空調沒有功能,在我入住期間,公共區域仍然遠高於80度。入住很快,但前台工作人員似乎對設施不熟悉甚至無法將我引導到游泳池,由於完全缺乏標誌,我從未找到游泳池。
坦率地說,免費早餐是侮辱性的。食物選擇很少,沒有胃口特別是英國鬆餅,它們太硬了,可以加倍作爲曲棍球冰球。令人壓抑的熱量幾乎不可能在用餐區坐着吃飯。
我的房間雖然乾淨,但遠不舒適。牀墊非常硬與睡在裸露的混凝土上相比狹窄的廁所和淋浴區沒有房間可以移動。在我的房間裏和公共區域都發現了幾隻,引起了人們對清潔和維護的嚴重關切。
雖然我理解酒店目前正在建設中,我與之互動的工作人員很有禮貌,但僅此而已不能成爲整體體驗的藉口。目前的條件對於付費客人來說是完全不能接受的。
我對這個位置抱有很高的希望,但深感失望。除非您在預算中絕對沒有其他選擇,或者直到裝修完全完成(遠遠超出2025年),我強烈建議不要住在這裏。我不會回來的。

RReedP這是我們第三次或第四次住在這裏(我說3,妻子說4😂),這次絕對是我們最不喜歡的。我們仍然會再試一次,但設施不符合以前的住宿。
我每次都訂了同樣風格的房間(1張大牀+沙發牀),我們得到了...但是DANG很小!步行房間確實有6-8英寸。浴室過於寬敞,房間本來可以用一些。
早餐也很粗糙,以前有華夫餅製作,燕麥片,其他很棒的熱選擇,這次入住有雞蛋👍和奶酪碎👍。雖然我給包括無肉的“香腸”道具,但標準豬肉香腸標籤錯誤。華夫餅選擇管理不善。他們提供了“珍珠糖華夫餅”,這是很好的bc我們在其他地方吃過。但不是離開在他們的單發袋中的華夫餅,員工站在那裏打開它們,把它們放在服務容器裏。1)這是不必要的接觸員工和不知道什麼是鉗的懶人。 2)如果保存在它的包裹裏,他們不會幹掉。另外3)在它的包裹裏,它是抓取和去客人的完美食物。
我們互動的每一位工作人員都很棒!前台,客房服務等都很棒。我們會回來的,但肯定需要對房間採取不同的方法。

自從我去那裏出差,我所關心的就是房間乾淨,淋浴水位絕對強。

訪訪客Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

KKristieMercy hospital was right across the street, so excellent location for us. Grandchild was born! Some street noise early one morning, but not consistent. Room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, even if the hospital wasn’t needed.
