飯店性價比很高,唯前一晚住IHG集團,相較之下就可以比較出,該飯店沒什麼細節
房間冷氣很吵,水壓很小,進房冰箱是壞的,電視沒網路,浴巾短少,反應了也沒改進,寫要換房間也沒理
第二天回去後再次反應才來修理,但也只有修好電視
優點大概就是有私人沙灘
如果要走行程都不在飯店,這間可以訂
早餐算普通,便宜可以加購,超過三百就不建議

設施：酒店設施齊全。
1.房間設備比較舊，尤其是木頭類傢俱。
2.房間和陽台較大，住的是尊貴房。
3.有三個游泳池。靠近沙灘🏖️的開放到12:00pm
4.酒店泳池的兩個餐吧都有happy hour）酒類買一送一（時間是下午1:00-6:00pm）
5.早餐的話種類少（偏向韓式和菲式）早餐時間住樓二樓是6:00-10:00am；靠近沙灘的是7:00-10:00am
6.退房時間11:00am（時間早）
7.到得早的話，可以提前辦理入住，有空房的情況下可以提前入住，沒有的話，下午3點憑票去拿房卡。
8.酒店按金最好給現金（4000p），如果用信用卡的話，可能退房之後按金到賬會很晚。

前台服務員很熱情，但服務不夠專業，我們預訂大床，然後告知沒有，給我們換了雙床而且位置也不好看不到海的，因有小朋友實在不夠睡，後來給免費加了床，然後酒店是有免費車出去新城區的，但前台並沒有告知…是在等車出去吃飯時才發現有客人在等免費bus才知道，泳池有點不夠乾淨，有漂浮物！讚的是早餐非常豐富精緻，味道好，也沒有像其他點評説的要限時間啊！咖啡能提高品質會更好！還有沙灘區域椅子不夠啊！！！

入住 Henann Premier Coast，整體體驗仍以舒適取勝。房間乾淨、採光好，晚間安靜度也不錯，讓人能真正休息。飯店的服務節奏算快，遇到問題時也能即時協助。公共空間與度假氛圍濃厚，隨手散步就很療癒。早餐種類多且補餐速度良好，味道穩定。不過這次仍遇到停電影響生活作息，若能降低發生頻率，整體評價會更高。

設施：兩層小房子帶一個大泳池，還有一個水吧，早餐也在水吧吃，早餐不好吃，肉半生不熟的一股腥味。
衞生：衞生情況特別糟糕，房間裏面一股濕濕的味道，牙刷上面會爬螞蟻，躺床上還有小飛蟲過來咬我，沙發都發黴了很臟，衞生間很多水垢，唯獨床看起來乾淨的。
環境：離機場很近，門口吃的也有，還有小賣部。
服務：服務還行吧，沒怎麼體驗，就辦了入住吃了個早餐，入住要收1000比索按金。
總結：酒店衞生條件比較堪憂，除了房間比較大，離機場比較近外，沒啥優點，我500多住的感覺很不值，衞生條件還不如國內一兩百的小旅店。不説設施要求有多好，500多塊錢了，起碼最基礎的衞生要做好。本來是看網上沒有差評所以才去住的，結果沒想到衞生這麼糟糕。

這次菲律賓之行，哥斯達貝拉酒店絕對是挖到寶了！推開房門瞬間就被暖到——米白色的主調搭配原木傢俱，陽光透過紗簾灑進來，連空氣裏都飄着點慵懶的度假氣息～
房間佈局真的要給設計師加雞腿！🍗 帶娃住完全不侷促。陽台正對着一片綠植，早上起來坐在藤椅上喝杯咖啡，聽着鳥叫發呆，簡直是神仙體驗～😌
説個小插曲：空調製冷超給力，但運行時聲音確實有點明顯，像遠處傳來的“嗡嗡”聲，好在我們帶了耳塞。
服務這塊必須給滿分！💯 剛到酒店門口，就有穿着制服的小哥快步上來接行李，每天路過前台都會被熱情問候，臨走那天要趕早班機，前一晚跟前台説一聲，第二天不僅準時叫車，還幫我們把打包好的行李提前搬到車上，全程不用動手，懶人福音無疑！🚗
最戳人的是酒店的度假氛圍，從大堂的熱帶植物裝飾，到泳池邊的遮陽傘和躺椅，連走廊裏都掛着當地風情的油畫，走兩步就想掏出手機拍照📸。
總的來説，這家酒店太適合出遊了，温馨、方便、服務到位，除了空調小瑕疵幾乎挑不出毛病，下次來還住這！強烈推薦給帶娃或想輕鬆度假的朋友～👍

結合兩棟五星飯店(第三棟興建中)、**與奢侈品購物中心的超大型渡假飯店，是目前宿霧最新最豪華的飯店！首先，飯店部份Fili是開業三年，第二棟的Nustar則是今年五月才開幕，Fili住宿價格便宜，CP值高，Nustar則更奢華些價格也貴一倍以上，這次選擇入住Fili五晚，個人覺得Fili已經很棒，物超所值！泳池分四樓面海較小的無邊際泳池，和五樓面城市的三個大型親子泳池，都很棒。聽飯店人員說，正在蓋的第三棟會有新的滑水道泳池。早餐超級豐盛選擇不少，還有不少韓式料理！其次，**規模尚可，機台與賭桌不少，以韓國賭客居多還有高級會員專屬賭區。最後，shopping mall除Hermes與Prada外，幾乎包含了所有一線精品入駐，算是頗具規模，還有不少高級餐廳與美食街，值得一逛！兩棟飯店、**和購物中心都是相互連通的宛若大型迷宮，第一次到訪要不斷問路～飯店安保十分嚴格堪比海關，每次進入都要檢查，讓人很安心！較差的是housekeeping打掃方面有點草率，浴室的floormat不換就算了還在打掃時踩髒有鞋印，而且房間竟能看到小蟑螂，泡澡的浴缸也沒在清潔消毒，水也不夠熱。不過，我接觸到的飯店工作人員都很有禮貌友善，整體來說還是間不錯的飯店！

1.飯店設施部分偏老舊，沒有更新
我們的房間一開始進去，也很嚴重的潮濕味，很臭的那種
後來聯繫櫃檯有協助換房間，味道雖然沒那麼重，但還是依稀可以聞的到，房間地毯可能是潮濕沒曬乾，導致有霉味
2.飯店門口的日式料理還算好吃，但是超貴
我真的沒有想過，我在宿霧6人晚餐會花到台幣$16,000，真的夭壽貴
3.飯店泳池跟滑水道是超級大拇指
要不是他們的滑水道跟水上設施夠強，我應該會覺得這間飯店Nono ，帶小朋友來很讚，因為他還有其他親子活動給小朋友上，甚至有泳池保姆服務，陪我姪女玩水一整天，舒服

What we liked:

The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner.
My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A.
I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

訪訪客用戶位置就在阿羅娜海灘附近，很方便。早餐算不上優秀，但潛水，你知道的，會讓人味口大開，所以偏向韓式，可選餘地不大的早餐，挺挺好！酒店的設施與國內新開的酒店相比稍稍顯舊，隔音也稍有問題。我們全家都住得比較滿意，前台也貼心地提醒我們換到了位置更好的房間。點贊！

匿匿名用戶這次入住體驗真的超出預期，連住三晚全程都沒出過酒店，完全不想出門～
酒店所有工作人員都特別友善貼心，服務態度特別好，讓人住着特別舒心。客房服務響應特別及時，有任何需求都能很快處理。
餐廳服務更是細緻，不管是早餐還是晚餐過去用餐，服務員都會主動貼心詢問要不要咖啡或者其他飲品，咖啡很多時候還是免費提供的，細節超暖心。
早餐的山竹和芒果都是無限供應，實現水果自由太滿足了！週六週日的早餐品類豐富、味道也很好，週一相對會稍微遜色一點，但整體已經非常棒了。
整體體驗感拉滿，強烈推薦這家酒店！

周周彥鋒地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

JJASON_PAI這次入住宿霧文華飯店，整體來說算是不錯的體驗。飯店位置蠻好的，生活機能方便，附近就有Mall（好逛也很多餐廳可以選擇）。
不過飯店大廳比較小，第一次去的時候可能會有點不好找，加上周邊道路偏窄，開車進出需要稍微注意。
服務人員都非常熱情友善。入住時需要支付押金，每晚每間房約 2,000 披索。房間的床非常大，睡起來很舒服，這點我很喜歡。
但隔音效果不太好，晚上容易聽到外面的聲音。另外浴室設備稍微老舊，淋浴水壓不穩、水量忽大忽小，排水孔排水效果也不佳，洗澡時容易積水。
晚間飯店對面會有一些特殊行業人士聚集，也會有小朋友來要錢，建議晚上出入要多留意安全。
整體來說，如果重視地點與大床舒適度，這間飯店還是不錯的選擇；但對於隔音與浴室設備較要求的人，可能需要多考慮一下。

NNastja DoNUSTAR酒店一定要住在塞布!非常時尚的地方。酒店結合優雅和現代的Wibe是理想的那些欣賞舒適的人。
這裏你感覺自己既是事件的中心,也是孤獨的。房間寬,小事,特別喜歡浴室。對於愛好者來說,這裏吃的是真正的摩特天堂32,比任何讚美都要高。
