酒店離機場很近。它宣傳班車。但是我們到達機場時無法通過電話到達酒店,詢問班車在哪裏。我們坐了出租車,價格便宜。我們有兩個房間,他們爲我們提供了相鄰的房間。房間很乾淨,很舒適,適合短暫停留。前台工作人員非常有禮貌和樂於助人。強烈推薦。

Positive: While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were served with complementary fresh juice, and later on with Moroccan tea. The location is great because it is right next to a mall, so you have a lot of options to eat, shop and also an option for currency exchange. Taxis were readily available from the front of the hotel. It is also close to the train station, Casa Voyageurs. After we complained about the breakfast on our second day, the next day breakfast was good and back to normal. We could leave the luggage at the hotel on our checkout day. Staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. Special shout out goes to Ummaimah, Mariam, Fahad and Reeta. They also offered us complementary tea after we checked out and while we waited in the lobby. Negative: We had to wait 10-12 minutes before our room was ready, and this was already within the check-in timings (we arrived around 15:40). I would expect the room to be ready when I arrive. The breakfast experience at the second day was bad because we had to wait 20-25 minutes before we could eat anything as everything was finished (we arrived for breakfast at 09:45). Kitchen staff was either very less or too slow to meet the requirements of the guests, which were not many when we arrived. Whenever we made a request, it was entertained, but we had to chase them for it. Toiletries were below average.

I went to onomo for the weekend. The hotel is located in a central place. The decorations is very nice and chic. I had a wonderful breakfast served by houssam and Jalal very helpful smiling professional and funny. A soon as I wanted to bring something it was already on the table thank you very much to both of them for this experience.

I really like the renovation, the room was clean. The staff was helpful faical give me a beautiful room with a view. I was so tired from the trip the guest service Maria and Bahija provide me all I need, I called them so many times but they were so helpful.Tahnk you

對四季這樣的酒店，客人的預期和要求自然會高一些。離店後收到酒店的調查問卷，其中一個問題是問在入住期間有沒有感覺到被personally recognized，我的答案肯定是沒有。先不論同一件事跟前台不同的工作人員要重複地説明解釋，更別指望他們會記得你的名字房間了，就連最基本的主動對客人面帶微笑都做不到，你不先沖他們滿臉堆笑，他們就一副冷若冰霜生人勿近的樣子，有時即便你給他們笑臉他們都不笑，絕了！大街上的摩洛哥人可不這樣，都熱情得很，怎麼就你們在四季幹活的高人一等？上前台問個事跟欠了他們多少錢似的，一副別來煩我的模樣，真讓人搓火！但是大堂餐廳的服務員都非常好，住下來對餐廳是最滿意的。去卡薩建議先住幾天市中心把景點逛完，再來這家休整，享受陽光海灘。

酒店27層和28層的餐廳和酒吧目前在裝修，不開放，這個應該在酒店描述中提示，因為相信很多住客是看了高層的照片才定這家酒店的。房間設施確實有些舊了，需要更新。主要服務設施在2層，給我們的房間在六層，酒店説是此房型最高樓層了，而且當天滿房，沒有可調換的房間。地理位置居中，兩座白色泛黃的雙塔很矚目，誰都知道，打車到機場，白色大出租車固定價格300迪拉姆；打車到海邊清真寺，紅色小出租車，有的打表，不超過30迪拉姆，到海邊的摩洛哥MALL，50迪拉姆。因為趕上一天大風沙塵暴，就去MALL裏逛了半天，感覺可去可不去…… 摩洛哥主要城市之間坐火車🚞還是很方便的，可以提前聯繫代理買票，憑郵件的二維碼就可以乘車，需要提供護照號和姓名 出租車大多需要上車前講好價格，可以諮詢一下酒店大概價格

When I arrived at the hotel I was met at my taxi from the hotel porter, Abdeljalil. He kindly took my baggage and walked with me to reception where Youssef politely and professionally greeted me at reception quickly checked me in and welcomed me to the hotel. I made my way to the room where I have found a clean, well ventilated and modern room with plenty of space for a family, though also an awesome covetable desk that I love the design of. There is a beautiful view from the window over the entire city and many staff members on hand, happily able to provide any assistance needed. While only I have interacted with these two particular staff members, I have seen other guests interact with staff in the bar, restaurant and guest services, where staff appear to take pride and happiness in serving guests to an exceptionally high standard. I also ran in to some other guests who frequently stay at this hotel due to the great experiences in the past. While it is only a four star hotel, compared to the five stars in the city, the hotel is in a beautiful location and having stayed at other five star properties, this hotel actually provides a better level of service over many of the more expensive hotels nearby. The room is great to sleep in and work from, with staff members able to assist guests in obtaining services outside of the hotel with established and trusted partners such as local spas or driving services. For the price paid, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to any other guests. A beautiful hotel, very well managed and perfect for the majority of guest visits.

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

New hotel. About 15 miles from the airport. Have stayed there twice for our trip (coming and leaving Morocco) Rest of family staying day before their flight out of Casa, (that's how much we liked this place). Staff will bend over backwards for you. Rooms are good size. 2nd stay was in suite b/c it was only room left. Pull out bed was okay but wished mattress was bit thicker. Otherwise, beds are quite comfortable. Recommend having breakfast-outstanding with traditional Morocco foods along with omelettes made to order.. Nice good size pool and gym. Outside of hotel, there isn't much to walk to. Much construction going on, so this will likely change. There is parking under hotel. Very narrow entrance to get into garage and out. If you have small car -no problem, but be careful -it's narrow. Would stay here again.

I stayed at the Melliber Hotel for 5 nights in June 2023. I was a female travelling alone for an architectural research trip. I felt nervous because people said I must be mad travelling alone in Casablanca. For this reason, I had purchased door locks for my hotel door etc. I never used the lock once because the hotel felt safe and welcoming. It was clean. The breakfast was yummy - it varied slightly each day, serving a mix of cold salad of olives, salads, lovely fresh bread and you can purchase omelettes as a extra. The breakfast time was between 6.30-10.30am. I advise getting there around 9am. The hotel is in close vicinity to the mosque and therefore does not serve alcohol. I packed a few mini bottles of wine in my suitcase, to enjoy on my balcony. Although I did feel guilty drinking wine so close to the mosque. The double glazing is effective and the prayer calling doesn’t wake you up, although personally, the sound of the calling is comforting. You should note that the cafes and restaurants near the hotel, don’t serve alcohol. Once you travel past 1k, it seems to be served. I recommend walking down to the Central Market for a delicious fish lunch if you enjoy a glass of wine with your food. Being a city, the traffic is noisy and the drivers enjoy beeping their horns, so you will find that an evening on the balcony is not peaceful. However, it is much quieter than the Movenpick - which I visited one day. I sat on the 16th floor for a drink and a rest, and the sound of the noisy horns seems to travel upwards - it was deafening! On the last day, I had a problem charging my battery pack and the lovely Melliber staff went to the trouble of purchasing a power adaptor to make it work. It still didn’t work in the end, but I could tell that the staff really cared and wanted to fix the problem. You should know that UK phone power banks don’t tend to charge on Moroccan power). I had a problem with the return airport driver, booked through Expedia. The Melliber team made the necessary calls for me to ensure I had a return driver. I definitely don’t recommend Sahara Tours drivers - see my separate review for this. Finally, the hotel kindly upgraded me to suite with a balcony with the view of the mosque, which I requested by email. If there is any room for improvement, it would be that the Melliber website does’t work for me in the UK - I was directed to a page with a security warning and therefore I had to book through Expedia. It would be great if the hotel could provide a WhatApp number for taking bookings because my emails kept going into their spam before arriving which was stressful. Plus I purchased a data only ESIM for Morocco, and WhatsApp works well on this. All in all, I score this hotel a 5 for the reasons above. Thank you. I will book for 7 nights next year, assuming they can contact me on WhatsApp.

Ideal location for British travellers arriving on late evening flights from the UK as it is a short train ride from the airport direct to the Casa Voyageur Train Station. You can literally see the hotel before the train stops at the station as it is directly outside on the left hand side of the concourse. I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions - over three years. The English speaking reception staff remembered me and greeted me like an old friend on the second and third visit. The hotel is beautiful. The food is fantastic - best scrambled eggs in the world! The location can be noisy as there is a busy taxi rank outside but there are double glazed windows and blackout curtains to keep the noise and light out. As always with Ibis hotels, it is spotlessly clean, well maintained and the rooms offer great comfort.

作為出差中轉的酒店足夠了，服務生態度都很友好，院子裏的花開得很艷。房間也乾淨衞生，有送小點心。性價比高，推薦。

酒店離開機場近，房間乾淨，就是不提供水，賣的蠻貴的。別的都挺好的，早餐一般般，這個真的是一般般，麵包和石頭一樣，好在要去機場，也沒怎麼吃。

L'emplacement du Mazagan Beach Resort à El Jadida est très agréable, offrant un cadre agréable pour un séjour. La propreté des lieux est également satisfaisante, et le personnel se distingue par son excellent service et son accueil chaleureux. Cependant, les installations de l'hôtel ne sont malheureusement pas à la hauteur des attentes pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Une rénovation ou une mise à jour des équipements serait nécessaire pour correspondre au standard d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Nisreen at the main restaurant was very helpful and so professional. She recommended to me what to order and I enjoyed the Tajeen and the Moroccan food. ………………………………………………. I recommend the Tajeen and appreciate Nisreen’s help and support.

酒店房間太小，太小。酒店洗浴水量非常；酒店沒有提供燒開水的設備，不太適合中國人習慣；另外，酒店這個季節沒有開空調，房間配備的被褥太厚，不蓋太冷，蓋了太熱，休息不好。 其他的都還可以，比如這個酒店位置非常的好，是距離火車站最近的酒店，不用坐的士就可以到達酒店。衛生也還可以。

首先下午12:45到達,很高興提前入住。 酒店前面有大海風景真的很好 工作人員都很友好。 缺點是水溫調節不好熱水冷水輪流出來對孩子們有點危險 而且健身房是收費的,孩子們不能進去,這一點很不方便。 總體來說非常好。

如果你喜歡小眾旅遊，如果你想放慢你生活的腳步。來摩洛哥，來沃利迪耶，來這家酒店。麪朝大海，忘記一起煩惱。工作人員也十分熱情，還可以桑拿，按摩。這裏的人和都很淳樸，海鮮也很便宜

I reserved 2 river view rooms and two regular rooms for a family reunion. When I got there, inexplicably the second Riverview room was given to a *********** guest, and of course the manager blamed the employee for ”not knowing” how to block this second room. I ended up with a ”terrace view” room, which is really nothing short of a room on the roof, the room so tiny, it's not fit for a single person, there is no a/c, the room was sooo hot to sleep in, and if you open the Windows, you have to deal with insects and pretty much everyone seeing you sleep. The bathroom is stinky, my nephew's next door shower was clogged, and they refused to fix. The worse for me was being woken up by a centipede crawling on my arm -- I would then find 3 other insects. When I told the reception -- of course they said they could do nothing about it. The manager then came up and started yelling at me that I need to not speak (you can hear everything in this tiny riad -- the pictures are a lie -- they make everything appear so much bigger and nicer than the reality). Worse, the manager was drunk (his breath reeking of alcohol) and just kept repeating that I need to deal with my insect situation and that I shouldn't complain. The remainder of the staff do the best they can as far as kindness -- but really the place is a scam, the pool is very narrow, very dirty. The breakfast was o.k. The room with a view (which my dad had) was o.k. but also incredibly tiny, with no dresser, and nothing but a small bed facing the window. I have travelled all over Morocco, and this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a Riad. Stay away from this place and the drunkard who manages it. He actually gets mad if you speak in English and keeps telling you not to speak English. Very weird crazy experience.
