我們通過旅行預訂。到達時被告知我們預訂的房間沒有空房。 酒店還堅持要我再次收取房間費用。 確認顯示有3個成人的房間..酒店已經把這個房間訂給了別人。 他們最終給了我們第二個房間,因爲我告訴接待員非常粗魯,一個成年人在z牀上睡了兩個晚上。 我們參加了一個婚禮,他們對新娘非常無益,告訴她她的新娘套房要到第二天才能準備好,因爲他們預訂了照片拍攝。 我不推薦這家酒店,地毯很髒,他們的客服很差。

Good location for what I needed, a little noisy if you sleep with the window open but understandable with the road close by. You can also hear doors slamming in the corridor. Spaces are clean and the room has everything you need

This was a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, close to London in beautiful surroundings. The Superior King room was modern, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel retains some charming historic features. We loved the outside grounds with plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade and watch the roaming peacocks. Staff were quite attentive and the food and drinks were good. Definitely thinking of coming back again in the future.

Didn't realise pool for kids is from 3pm weekdays. Got charged again after prepaid my room. Other than that it's a comfortable stay with spacious room and bed. Free parking. Perfect temperature of the whirlpool and swimming pool.

到萊奇沃斯必住，酒店有莊園的味道，拍拍照下午茶都很舒適。雖說比較偏，但城市小走走都無所謂的，有停車場的。比百老匯車站酒店強多了，美中不足的是早餐另付費。

除了貴其他都是優點。帶小孩度假的理想場所。一望無際的大草坪，綠蔭葱鬱，小童騎馬、開車🚗，親近大自然和小動物，不也樂乎。
