尼泊爾巴格馬蒂的寵物友善飯店

酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

酒店真是很好住，從硬件到軟件都滿意。在我住過的酒店裡，這個酒店的服務也太突出了。從前台到餐廳到客房服務乃至門衞都專業友善高效，還超有耐心，關鍵能讓人感覺到他們都特別真心為你考慮。人生地不熟的在異國他鄉，感覺被酒店照顧到了，前台的Rupes先生和Muskan女士特別靠譜，滿足了我們的所有需求。自助早餐挺好吃的，菜單的話圖片的湯麪挺適合中國胃，裏面放了黑胡椒，湯很鮮，讓煮軟一點，連喝帶吃來一碗就舒坦了。 總之很推薦入住這兒，離猴廟不遠。

我在星谷酒店度過了一段美好的時光！工作人員非常友善熱情，總是面帶微笑，隨時準備提供協助，尤其是梁先生（老闆）。房間乾淨寬敞，非常舒適，並配備了我所需的一切設施。我特別欣賞這裡寧靜的環境和精心維護的一切。飯店地理位置也非常完美，由於位於使館區，保全一流—靠近主要景點，但又不失安靜舒適。我強烈推薦這家酒店給所有尋求舒適愉悅住宿體驗的人。一定會再來的！

價格合理,位置服務,淋浴有點困難。

#酒店位置#泰米爾附近，倒還可以， #商務服務#服務很好，入駐當天老婆生病了，去前台借了體溫計，還問需不需要藥物，有頭疼葯和退燒藥。詢問其他問題的時候，一共3個工作人員，每一個都很耐心解答，給予幫助。 不過當晚熱水管壞了正在修，早餐我沒來得及吃就走了不知道怎麼樣，在加德滿都的第一天還是很滿意的。

The building is the only attraction but the property seems poorly maintained . The shower mixer was broken , the roof of the bathroom had tears . The switch’s were out of the sockets . Leather bed were torn and the table had ciggrate burn marks . Reminded me of cheap motels in America  Food was okayish , the chicken chilli and chicken wings tasted average and sad their kitchen closed at 10 . We didn’t have TV as internet didn’t work , ac got fixed after a complain was filed . The place holds a heritage and has housed many Nepali aristocracy, that’s the only best thing other than that it is juts a next door motel you find abroad that is poorly maintained and is trying to cut costs to stay profitable .

Quite a disappointing stay. I was allocated a room which has no light in the toilet, no charging / power outlet, and no hot water throughout. I only stayed here for a night but I won’t do it for any longer. Boss is lucky to have such nice guys working for him at the front desk.

Best resort to family stay and nearby national forest. All facility were available in resort. Complementry breakfast was tasteful and hygenic. Staff of hotel was cordial n cooperative. My family enjoyed during stay.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Thamel. Great food. Lovely staff, one of whom carried my case up to my room as there is no elevator.
